The Parich Council is scheduled to meet the first Sunday of every month following Divine Liturgy.    If there are no pressing needs confronting the PC the Executive Committee will meet instead.  The Starosta (Natasha Mutilina with Victoria Grigorits), Treasurer (Joe Hogan), the Secretary (Matushka Zenobia) and the President of the Council (Fr. Seraphim) constitute the Executive Committee.
